Implement 'Owner' as mandatory field in Q&A
This request is from - AXA Investment management. They would like to have the Owner field to be mandatory because as per their internal audit's recommendation to have the 'Owner' field in Q&A as mandatory. The theory behind this is, as an extra step/check on top of moderation, to prevent Q&A from ending up in the answer…

Hide From Duplicate Report
Currently, there is a way to individually select q&a pairs to be excluded from content cleaner, but there is no bulk option. Also, a couple of clients in the last 24hrs have also suggested the capability of when working in the duplicate report to have the ability to hide certain "duplicates" altogether rather than from the…

Alternate answers should be easier to distinguish in Recommendation Engine
A client recently complained that alternate answers are not easy to distinguish in the Recommendation Engine, to the point where she thought they were not loading. This would have been a detractor for her team as they work for different product lines and need to be able to find the appropriate answer quickly. When the…

Responsive Summit'23: Revisiting Content Library Cleanup Tips
In July's Coffee Chat, a lot of good info was covered around cleaning up the Content Library. As we get through the Summit now, I'm interested in learning how others are going about this task! For us, it's a monumental effort as we've inherited Responsive from a prior internal resource that had all questions and sections…

Import updates option for documents in Content Library
Currently, there is no option to bulk export the metadata of documents in the content library to make mass changes outside of Responsive - similar to the functionality that exists for Q&A pairs. Bulk updates can only be made inside of the tool. This is cumbersome when uploading a large volume of documents with varied…

Sequential Moderation Workflow
NuHarbor would like to see a sequential workflow similar to review, but for moderation. They would like to have 3 moderators who look for certain aspects of content they're moderating, rather than using workarounds e.g. custom flags or tags. This is currently not an option.

Tool Tip | On Demand Review
Having your content on regular review cycles is a sure fire way to keep your library clean, and your content up to date. But what happens if there are QA pairs that need to be addressed outside of their normal review cycles? What does this mean for your regularly scheduled review cycles? If an on-demand review is…

'help me choose owners' in Content Library
Can we implement this feature to the content library when assigning owners? Instead of showing bandwidth on where they are currently assigned in projects, it would show how many pieces of content they own, how many are past due (similar to the insights report)

Content Expiry Handling
Hello All, Im really interested to see how you all handle content that sits expired for an extended period within RFPIO? Content Library Archive Access
Current behavior is that Team Members (least privilege) can see ALL content in the Content Library Archive and can also Restore or Delete content in the Archive that they do not own. This is not ideal because content could easily be deleted or restored by someone who does not own that piece of content. Can we please…

Annotation pop-up preserved through search term result
As it stands, if you search for a keyword in the Content Library that is a part of an annotation in the library, the annotation itself will no longer pop-up the tooltip that shows the substance of that annotated text like it would if you just happened across the Q&A pair in the library and moused over the annotation.…
