Duplicate Check Upon File Import
Our client at BS&A Software said it would be encouraging if we had a capability to do a duplicate check when importing a file into the content library. This would be similar to the check we have now when completing a project in the project module.

PII Check when Staging/Uploading content to the CL
Bring in the ability to identify and then mask or replace PII in a customer's historical data/RFx when uploading the content to the CL. If we can replace the PII with Mergetags (auto suggest based on context would be the best, else offer a manual set of choices to replace the PII with), it makes the same that much more…

Renaming custom field removes the association with contents in Content Library.
When we make edits or rename a custom field value in the Organization Settings, the value that is associated with Q&A pairs in CCL gets removed. For example, we have a custom field named “VPC Funds” that has a value “VSL”. There are QA pairs in CCL with this value. If we edit/rename this value from “VSL to VSL I”, the…

To create separate questions if the parent question has a response while creating QA pairs.
We got an enhancement request from Sasha Spektor, PS Team. When generating QA pairs with the import option, the document includes a parent question and its sub-questions. If the parent question has its own response, it should be created as a distinct question, rather than combining the parent and sub-questions into a…

Ability to bulk upload Section Templates from Word

Search and Replace Function to remove spaces within content
Client : BigID Idea : Currently the Search and replace function in the content library does not support a way to remove 2 spaces (gap after a period) with 1 space and they have a lot of content historically that was added and need to find a way to update this. As more content gets added it make it difficult to manage.

Allow bulk update for styles and formatting in the Content Library
We have had multiple clients in PS ask for this capability, for when they change a company style internally, to be able to bulk update those changes in the Answer Library rather than manually, one by one. Additionally, they have asked for the capability to remove all formatting from QA pairs, preferably in bulk.

RFPIO SME Content Review
Hello, I am in the process of a large content library audit. Some SMEs do not mind updating content in the RFPIO system, however, there are SMEs who would prefer actual hard copies to review to understand the scope. Key word search filter retained inside the section view.
When a particular keyword is used in the search bar, we are able to view the Section Template and the content in the template. Export archive contents
With the new archive feature, there is no way currently to export the contents to Excel as you can with the rest of the content library. E2open would like to be able to export these Q&A pairs so that they can be referenced by individuals who are not part of RFPIO but who need access to that historical information.
