Hi, I have been struggling with how to bulk subscribe translated content. I was one of the customers that asked for the enhancement that we were shown yesterday. It is a great enhancement, but I don't think it works for what I need. I want to ask all of you what you do because maybe I am just missing something :)
When I take English Q&A and translate it into other languages, let's say French for this example, I translate multiple Q&A in bulk, then assign a language reviewer to subscribe to the French content. My native French speaker who is the language reviewer is having to subscribe to each French Q&A pair one by one. This is the only way she can be updated when a change is made to the English Q&A pair. We don't have siloed library for each language. Our review cycles happen in the English Q&A only and we depend on notification to go to the user who is subscribed to the French Q&A pair. The subscribed French user then makes updates to the French Q&A based on the changes made from the English Q&A pair once the system notifies them of a change. But the French speaker who is our subscribed user has had to manually click on over 3000 Q&A pairs one by one to subscribe to the translated French content. I wanted to be able to bulk subscribe the French speaking user to the French Q&A pairs after I made them a language reviewer so this would be a quicker process. Or I was fine if the French speaker could bulk subscribe themselves to the newly translated French Q&A pair. But I don't think this enhancement will help me with this, is that correct? We tried it out this morning and I am not seeing the option. How does anyone else do this in order to avoid someone not having to manually subscribe to a translated Q&A pair one by one? Thanks! Autumn
