Request to have the alert text content visible in the "Documentation" custom report
Customer (genetec) mentioned that even though, they can see the alert text option available in the custom report for the Answering library. They want the same option to be available for the "Documentation library" as well which is currently unavailable.

If we update a Q&A pair in a project, and we have the “Save in library” toggle on, shouldn’t that automatically update the Q&A pair in the content library? Can you link an Intake to an existing Project?
Or will accepting an intake create a new project everytime? We have a large amount of "pending" intakes but they should have been accepted ages ago and are now not contributing to data as well as being visually messy. Open to alternatives (merging the newly created project with the existing one?)
