We heard a lot of excitement about a few of the updates mentioned during the webinar! Curious if there was one that stuck out to you or you're excited to start using?

Q: Why is Copilot in Beta? Is this something that will be available soon? Is there an additional cost or is it part of the AI package?

A: We've recently released MCP and there are additional capabilities and use cases we are exploring in MCP before going GA. Regarding the pricing and packing, can you reach out your CSM or Account Manager.

Q: In the MCP Service Update, does it pull content from Responsive verbatim? (specifically when using with Copilot)

A: Yes, If the content is marked as Verbatim in the Content library, then we'll present the response as a Verbatim in Copilot.

Q: Is the ASK feature available in Word?

A: Yes! Just keep in mind you will have to have Responsive AI as part of your contract. I'd reach out to your CSM to confirm!

Q: For the enhancement to Project Documents for AI, does this apply across the platform (ASK AI, Guided Projects)?

A: Right now, its just for Response Projects - the documents are associated with the specific project using the AI functionality. Same thing as before - would love to hear dream scenarios to expand capabilities here!

Q: Can the MCP server connect with in house built AI chat tools?

A: Not at the moment. But we are actively working on having this in the future

Q: For ASK AI within PowerPoint, can you show how to access the Classic experience of inserting slides? Did that option go away?

A: In the top right corner of the LookUp you would have a switch icon which will help you switch back to the Classic version. Once in the Classic version you'd have an AI icon which would switch you back to ASK.
