Or will accepting an intake create a new project everytime? We have a large amount of "pending" intakes but they should have been accepted ages ago and are now not contributing to data as well as being visually messy. Open to alternatives (merging the newly created project with the existing one?)
Your Content Library is invaluable and you probably spent a lot of time refining it. However, even when the content is correct, you may find the AI-generated response misses the mark and you need to take time to create the answer yourself. Here at Responsive, we know your time is valuable and you can't spend it doing what…
If we update a Q&A pair in a project, and we have the “Save in library” toggle on, shouldn’t that automatically update the Q&A pair in the content library? If you toggle save answer to library, does a document, which is attached inside the response cell, only save to the Project Library? If the answer is saving to the larger Content Library, why doesn't an attached doc in the response save directly to the broader Document Library (not just the project docs?)
Is there a way to bulk select and submit new/updated Q&A instead of selecting "Save in library" for each Q&A in an RFx? This capability would save users time.
