I'm seeing a field called "Content score" - anyone know what this is?
I’d love to hear about agents your team has tried and found successful in your environment. If you toggle save answer to library, does a document, which is attached inside the response cell, only save to the Project Library? If the answer is saving to the larger Content Library, why doesn't an attached doc in the response save directly to the broader Document Library (not just the project docs?)

Or will accepting an intake create a new project everytime? We have a large amount of "pending" intakes but they should have been accepted ages ago and are now not contributing to data as well as being visually messy. Open to alternatives (merging the newly created project with the existing one?)
I've been trying to find instructions on how to edit/change collections setting but I cannot find any information. The Help button in the app is a dead end and finding anything on this community page is a HUGE time suck. The Search feature is a joke! Where do I go to look up this basic information?
