I completed a project and added 72 Q&A pairs to the library. However, the content is not showing up and the project is not showing in the Project Filter. The project shows under completed projects. I'm stumped.

When working within a project, it would be nice if the AI Assistant had the same functionality as Recommendation, meaning, AI should automatically provide a list of potential answers instead of having to copy/paste the question. Once a response is provided, it should have this , which auto copies instead of having to câŚ
If we update a Q&A pair in a project, and we have the âSave in libraryâ toggle on, shouldnât that automatically update the Q&A pair in the content library? For this to occur, do we need to first complete the project (so that all Q&A pairs are saved under the content library) and then re-open the project? End goal: edit aâŚ
If you toggle save answer to library, does a document, which is attached inside the response cell, only save to the Project Library? If the answer is saving to the larger Content Library, why doesn't an attached doc in the response save directly to the broader Document Library (not just the project docs?)
Or will accepting an intake create a new project everytime? We have a large amount of "pending" intakes but they should have been accepted ages ago and are now not contributing to data as well as being visually messy. Open to alternatives (merging the newly created project with the existing one?)
The current Super Admin user is no longer with our company. How can I change and/or delete it?
Hello all, Does anyone know if there is a way to change the settings so that a question field does not automatically set itself to answered with every change that is made? I am sure many of us like to work piecemeal as we get info/ideas and having it automatically set to answered each time I enter something can throw meâŚ
