Q: What is June Certification Month?

A: June is Certification Month at Responsive. This is your opportunity to level up your expertise and validate your impact.

We’re introducing a new Responsive Platform Leveling System, combining our previous Content Management and Project Management certifications into a single, progressive learning journey. This new structure allows you to continuously build and validate your skills as you advance through each level.

For the entire month of June, all certifications are completely free, including Responsive AI certifications.

To support your success, we’re hosting live training sessions for every exam, available in both PST and IST time zones, making it easy to participate no matter where you are.

Q: How many hours does it take to get the Certification?

A: Level 1 is more basic and less information to learn. It'll be about 2 hrs of training while Level 2 gets more advanced and is closer to 2.5hrs of training. If you are a long time user or if you picked up the platform quickly - understand how to manage content well and run projects within responsive you may be able to skip some training and take the exam to prove your knowledge.

Q: Will those sessions be recorded for viewing after those June dates?

A: Yes, by registering you will get access to the recordings after the event date.

Q: Can you add ASK application reports--for example, which team members are using ASK from the task bar (not logging into Responsive first). If this already exists somewhere, please let me know.

A: We don't have this today. We are working on V1 for ASK reporting. I'll request the our reporting team PM to get in touch regarding the same
