Project name field in Document Library
The default fields, like Project Name, are defaulted to only appear in the AL. Now that the AL and DL are a unified experience, the user (ahourselt@microsoft.com) expects parity with fields.

Currently, even if someone is made a moderator in the organization, any edits they make to specific pieces of content in the library still go into moderation unless they are explicitly listed as the moderator for that content.
