Hello team:
I create this request on behalf of my customer Murex.
Since a user can perform bulk actions on almost all Meta Data Fields, leaving out Used Count isn't recommended.
Having this ability is also great for launching teams such as Murex, as they are currently piloting and might've used some pairs incorrectly, but the work on the content library has been done, and they don't want use an assumed workaround which is to export --> reupload with 0 count so they can restart the system.
