Bulk updating content in Archive

On the CCL, for the archived contents we do not have an option to bulk update anyother metadata's other than the tags.

Illumina is looking for updating custom fields for the archived contents, without being able to edit Custom Fields, if we make changes to Custom Fields, we will lose the metadata for archived Q&A pairs and we won’t be able to use them in the future if we decide to unarchive them.

 

Is there a possibility to include this feature?

Microsoft is interested in the same thing. Here is some additional information about their use case:

Our use case: By default we keep the Custom Fields on the Q&A when we archive it. It helps us keep a genre of info labeled in case we had to unarchive it. Currently we are potentially renaming some of our Custom Fields.

To keep cleans clear and clean, we would need to update those fields on the Q&As in archive (in case we ever had to pull them back into the Library). Currently we would have to do that manually.
