If the issuing client sets the response type to either basic rich text or full rich text, you can identify which type you are currently using by clicking on the response column. Based on the toolbar that appears, you can determine whether it’s basic or full rich text. The full rich text offers more options, such as the ability to insert images, links, bullet points, and other features. In contrast, basic rich text has very limited features, as shown in the screenshot below. Currently, there is no character limit set for responses from the issuing company. However, it’s a good idea to have an identifier to indicate whether it’s basic or full rich text. I will inform our product team about this suggestion
