Edit in AI Draft: Allow users to “Unapply” a response and go back into edit mode
In the new Edits in AI draft, once you edit an answer and apply it, you can’t change it again unless you go into the project itself. What we need is the ability to unapply the edit and then reapply it, without having to open the project.

Ability to add attachment while in AI Draft edit view.
While in the AI Draft Edit window, customer (Akamai Technologies) would like the option to add an attachment to the response. The majority of the text box icons/options are available in the text editor but there is no option to add an attachment.
