Requirement Summary:
The customer has requested an enhancement to improve the usability and navigation workflow for questions marked as “Answer Not Found” during the AI Draft process.
Current Limitation:
When AI Draft is unable to generate responses for certain questions, those questions are displayed in the list/review view as unanswered. However:
- Users cannot directly navigate to the specific question from the list view
- There is no hyperlink or quick-open functionality available
- Users are required to manually search within sections to locate the unanswered question
- Direct inline editing or quick-edit functionality is not available from the list view
This creates inefficiencies, especially for large projects containing a high volume of questions.
Requested Enhancement:
The customer would like the system to support one or more of the following capabilities:
- Hyperlink functionality to directly open the unanswered question from the list view
- A dialog box or quick-edit popup to immediately update unanswered questions
- Direct navigation to the exact section/question where AI Draft failed to generate a response
- Faster remediation workflow for “Answer Not Found” items without requiring manual section-level navigation
Business Impact:
The current workflow is time-consuming and impacts productivity during proposal review and response workflows. Users handling large AI Draft projects must manually locate unanswered questions, which increases operational effort and slows down the review process.
Expected Outcome:
Users should be able to efficiently identify, open, navigate to, and edit unanswered questions directly from the AI Draft list/review interface.
