Summary:
Users have requested enhanced filter granularity within the AI Draft – Review Answer page. Currently, filters applied in the Review Answer interface are applied globally across all sections in the project, which limits the ability to perform targeted review and analysis at a section level.
Current Behavior:
- Filters applied on the AI Draft – Review Answer page affect all sections globally.
- Users cannot restrict filters to a specific section, subsection, or page.
- This makes focused review workflows difficult, especially for large proposals with multiple sections.
Requested Enhancement:
Introduce section-level or page-level filter scoping within the AI Draft – Review Answer experience.
Requested capabilities include:
- Ability to apply filters only within a selected section/subsection
- Option to switch between:
- Global project-wide filtering
- Section-specific filtering
- Improved navigation and targeted analysis workflows for reviewers
- Better usability for large RFPs/proposals with multiple sections
Business Impact:
The current global filtering behavior reduces practical usability during targeted reviews and increases the time required to validate responses section by section. Section-scoped filtering would improve reviewer efficiency, usability, and response validation workflows significantly.
Use Case:
Users reviewing AI-generated responses for a specific product area, business unit, or proposal section need the ability to isolate and analyze responses without impacting the visibility of content across unrelated sections.
Customer Expectation:
Filters should support more granular review workflows rather than operating only at the entire-project level.
