Current Issue:
It was confirmed that it is expected behavior for tags that do not have content under them (i.e. zero counts) to display as selectable options within advanced search (content library & project) + AI Assistant Data Filtering.
Only ASK and Quick Filters/Facets limit display to tags with content under them.
Requested Change:
Institute a change so when SEARCHING/FILTERING we only display tags with content under them so we avoid users mistakenly using zero-count tags and reaching dead-end results which will increase frustration/confusion. Ideally we have parity across the tool so we have behavior like quick filters/facets & Ask filtering everywhere you can filter.
Only when editing content and actively tagging material should we see all available tag options.
