When a Q&A record and its linked Document are both updated in the Library, the Project referencing that record does not always pull through the most current version of the linked Document. This surfaced during final review of an active DDQ Project, prior to export, when a recently updated Library record showed the correct Q&A content but was still pointing to an outdated version of the linked Document.
Steps to reproduce:
- Start a standard DDQ in Projects, pulling records from the Library.
- Update a Q&A record and its linked Document in the Library after the Project has already pulled that record in.
- Return to the Project and review the updated records prior to export.
- Observe that the Q&A record reflects the update, but the linked Document reference does not
