Q: How do we customize settings of Responsive auto respond?

Q: So if I'm in ASK and enter a question & do not click COPY, does that count as usage?

A: Yes, posting a question ad getting a response in ASK is an AI interaction.

Q: Is there a method to view the modifications a guest has made to a Q&A pair? For instance, if I provided a response and requested the guest to review it, and they subsequently edited the response, will we be able to observe the differences between the original response and the updated version, similar to the track changes function in Word?

A: Good question. Yes, if the guest edited the response, as a user you will be able to see the edits made to the response in the activities page. To get there, within the question, click 3 dots --> activities. This will show you the edits!

Q: Does the Profile Center integrate with Responsive AI? For example, does the AI pull from the Profile Center when answering questions for Projects?

A: We use AI in 2 ways in the Profile Center. 1. We offer out-of-the-box questionnaires like the SIG, CAIQ, etc. & we use AI Draft to try to automatically answer the questions for you if you have the AI package. 2. The visitors to your Trust Center can use Ask to get answers to questions about the data that's in your Trust Center. For example - Is this company SOC 2 certified? What is the data retention policy?

Q: Invite for Guest Portal: can we customize the email template that is sent to guests?

A: You can add a custom message so your guest has context, but you do not have any design customization.

Q: With the new file option for adding Q&A pairs, can multiple Q&As be added from the same document?

A: Yes.

Q: Can we personalize the keywords in Keywords Trend Analysis?

A: Yes, you can personalize the keywords by searching for specific ones, filtering for previously searched ones, and managing ignored keywords directly in the report.

Q: Is there a way to get it (a new section/standard language) to export in order in the source file? If we were using a client doc outside of Responsive, we would still insert that section in stream, not as a separate attachment.

A: If it's a word doc it will export in the same order it exists within that specific doc. If you're adding a brand new section, it will also be exported based on where in the project you added the section.
