Include 'Last Reviewed Date' in Export Metadata
A client asked about being able to export 'last reviewed date' as part of their metadata when exporting content for possible update. Currently, 'last reviewed date' is not part of the editable metadata. Would like to have this as an option for tracking and reporting purposes.

Hide Catalogs tab in CL if not needed
As there doesn't seem to be much value for Catalogs outside of Proposal Builder, it would be helpful to hide/deactivate the tab via Master Settings if a client does not have Proposal Builder. It has been confusing for some clients to see it there if they're not going to need to use it.
