Ability to have Case sensitive search functionality

Current behavior: If a user searches for "Testing" in the search field under the QA pair, results are returned for both Testing and testing.

Expected behavior: The user only expects the responses to come from "Testing," where the search is conducted using case-sensitive phrases.

This is broadly applicable for many customers and would be a really good add. In particular though, Anthology is facing challenges that this would solve. They need to find all instances of Learn in their library, but since the search is not case-sensitive, they are getting too many results.
