PROD-I-12 Custom fields - exclude and all options

Could we consider adding functionality to allow users to exclude or force all selected custom fields when searching content similar to what we have for tags in the screen shot below?

(For example, if I want to eliminate anything with custom field x applied from my search? Or if I have a custom field for product and I want to look at content that has both product x and product y checked not either/or?)

This could be a great option to have for financial asset management clients who rely heavily on custom fields for organization. I have 3 at the moment.

@Tara Kolinsky : Not able to view the screenshots you have attached. I think during the migration to vanilla it was missed. Can you attach the same? Not able to visualize.

Are you looking for the exclude or force all Custom fields in Org setting or Content library?

Adding in some screen shots for clarity...

Here's the all and exclude options we have for tags...I'd like to see this for content library custom fields as well.

Currently, with custom fields, when you select several it functions as an or. So in the example below, I'd get any content with FINNEGAN or FINNEGAN-finny. But customers would like the ability to select ALL or be able to exclude certain custom fields from their results as they can with tags today.
