Ability to format library questions
Alliant Insurance has asked for the ability to format questions in the Content Library just as the answers are. They have a specific font that they imported for their answers and the non-formattable question is a visual distraction while using the library.

Include option to ignore content in partial content selection page
Currently, there is no possibility to ignore parts/contents of the documents and the user should only mark the start and end points. Adding an option to 'Ignore' content will save a lot of time for the user when they do not want a certain part considered

Zapier Integration - Good time to consider now?
Since Zapier introduced Zapier with ai(https://zapier.com/ai), the workflow creation is seamless and the traction is very good. Will we get first mover advantage if we consider integrating our responsive with Zapier? We can create a 'Response mangement' as a use case and also be an app in the list ( see screenshot)

Slack: Overwrite history with selected response once response is selected
Right now, even after selecting content in Slack, the message history shows all of the options given. This clutters up the screen and would be more useful showing only the content selected by the user.
