Include option to ignore content in partial content selection page

Currently, there is no possibility to ignore parts/contents of the documents and the user should only mark the start and end points.

Adding an option to 'Ignore' content will save a lot of time for the user when they do not want a certain part considered

@sujith Could you please clarify, maybe with an example? Ignore is implicit. Are you suggesting instead of selecting text to shred, we allow users to just mark the text to ignore and shred hte rest?
