Client: Nokia
Business Need:
When a project is closed, Responsive checks for duplicate content before records are sent to the Content Library. Users are notified if duplicates are found and can choose to either review the duplicates or proceed with sending them to the library.
If the user chooses to proceed, the duplicate records are sent to moderation. However, moderators are not automatically notified that new duplicate content requires review. They must manually check the moderation queue and determine what was added, who submitted it, and which project it came from.
Requested Enhancement:
When a user chooses to proceed after the duplicate warning, automatically send an email notification to Content Library moderators.
The notification should include:
- The name of the project.
- The name of the user who completed the project.
- The number of duplicate records that were sent to moderation.
- A direct link to the filtered moderation view showing only those duplicate records.
Example:
Subject: Duplicate Content Submitted for Moderation
Project ABC has been completed by Jane Smith.
20 duplicate records were sent to Content Library moderation.
Select the link below to review these records:
Review Duplicate Records
Expected Benefit:
This enhancement would immediately notify moderators when duplicate content is submitted, eliminating the need to manually monitor the moderation queue. It provides the key information needed to begin review quickly, improves visibility into duplicate submissions, and helps moderators process content more efficiently.
