Raising an enhancement request on behalf of Nokia.
Problem:
Today, AI Draft can only be run by one user at a time. If a user initiates AI Draft on a project, other users attempting to use AI Draft elsewhere in the platform are unable to do so until the active process completes.
The challenge is that users currently receive little to no context as to why AI Draft is unavailable. This can create the impression that the feature is slow, broken, or failing, when in reality another AI Draft process is already running.
Solution:
Nokia suggested adding a user-facing notification, disclaimer, or pop-up indicating that AI Draft is currently in use and that additional requests cannot be processed until the active job is complete. Even a simple message explaining that AI Draft is being used elsewhere in the platform would help set expectations and reduce confusion.
Impact:
We have received similar feedback and frustration from other customers. Since this is a common scenario, providing visibility into AI Draft availability could significantly improve the user experience and prevent the product from being perceived as unreliable.
