AI backed Auto-Respond/AI Draft

This is a request from Accenture. They are looking for a more advanced way to use AI to search and pair content straight from the library.

They've tested AI Draft but want to use it more for its search capabilities and have it default to Q&A responses as they are in the library more often.

@tgraves Is their expecation is to search only in Q&A and not in documents in Content Library? Can you get som examples that would help understand why they need this?

Hey @Khalees V,

This came up again in a demo with One Rock Capital Management, and has come up for several Asset Management companies in particular.

They are looking for a way for the AI to understand the question and apply the best piece of content that has been pre-approved by their legal, IT, or compliance team without making any edits so they don't have to go back to the respective team to approve the response each time.

@tgraves The ask here is to AI not to rewrite the answer, instead use it as-is from the Content Library (similar to Auto-Respond / Recommendation engine). Correct?

Is it possible to share at-least one example showing the Project question, answer generated by AI and the Source QA to be used by AI?
