Default review settings in project
When the default review setting - All, Any, Sequential - is set in the org settings, it does not get applied in questions/sections. It gets applied only to manually added sections. It should get applied to all projects/sections/sections.

Ability to mark a "Description" above a Header Row
Current behavior allows for a Section to be identified above the marked Header Row, but is it not possible to also mark a Description. Requesting that this functionality be added, as clients will often have descriptive information that is relevant to the section that is above the header row.
