Our POC Shared this workflow request:
We often rely on sequential workflows as part of completing Projects. However, we have noticed that if a team member is part of 2 or more teams + 2 or more of those teams are part of the same sequential workflow, then the user cannot toggle on “Reviewed” for the second team in that sequential workflow. The option does not appear valid to review on behalf of the second team.
This is a valid use case that we are running into on more and more of our Projects. Can this be fixed so that a user can review on behalf of any team they are on, regardless of how many times that user displays in the workflow?

We completely understand your concern and truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. The current workflow behavior is designed so that when the same user is part of multiple teams, completing the review once is considered a full review completion at the user level rather than the team level. This has been the intended behavior since the beginning.
That said, we completely understand your requirement and how valuable it would be for your use case. To ensure your feedback reaches the right team with full context, we kindly request that you submit it as a product feedback or suggestion. This allows our Product team to review it directly and assess the feasibility of implementing this enhancement in a future update.
