AI Enhancement Ideas

Client Fortrea are heavy users of AI and are actively looking for more ways to gain value from AI tools. They are also evaluating other tools to meet the following needs. However, it would be ideal if Responsive AI were capable of meeting these needs:

AI tool enhancements

1. Style & Formatting Retention
   • Ability to recognize and preserve styles and formatting in outputs. Or at least better consistency in preserving formats to an existing response with clear instructions/prompts when re-writing
2. Consistency
   • Commands Behaviors: Confirm expected behavior when rewriting versus finding content (not to go out to library). Confirm all command behaviors for better understanding/usability
   • Response Alignment: increase consistency between responses from AI draft and AI assistant for identical queries, or confirm rationale for differences between the two
   • Source Citation: Guarantee consistent citation of sources in responses.
3. Flexibility - FUTURE roadmap?
   • Source Control: Allow users to choose whether AI pulls from the library or not.
   • Advanced Filters: Enable adding and excluding filters in both the AI draft and the AI Assistant tools. At the response level, filters should ideally mirror the recommendations panel.

Khalees: Is it possible to share the recording or get a recording where customer shows the formatting issue?

Consistency - Commands Behaviors: Confirm expected behavior when rewriting versus finding content (not to go out to library). Confirm all command behaviors for better understanding/usability

Khalees: Find a Response, Rewrite & Elaborate = Goes to Content Library again to regenrate answer.
Other commands uses existing answer in the answer editor

Khalees: This is a bug. Request to track this a support ticket

Consistency - Source Citation: Guarantee consistent citation of sources in responses.

Khalees: This is connected with the inconsistence response issue shared above. Request to track this as support ticket

Flexibility - Source Control: Allow users to choose whether AI pulls from the library or not.

Khalees: Need more details on the problem why the user prefer to choose between Content Library or not (assuming not references external data sources. Correct me if i am wrong)
