Alliance Bernstein wants to have an option to view all the Q&A pairs when they click on the Bulb icon and then select the Answer Library view icon, if multiple responses are applied from the recommendation. Hello Team, Fiserv experienced an unfortunate incident where a user had accidentally archived 40k + Q&A pairs. We had no way of stopping the process. Reorder "view all collections" in alphabetical order
The client has requested the ability to reorder not just the first word of the collection name but also all the collections as well shown in screenshot below. The current behavior is that only the first word of the collection is sorted alphabetically so kindly consider this.
