Saurav from Google has requested to post this as an enhancement request.
When a user (A) updates a response in the QA pair, it gets pushed to the Moderation queue. Next, when a moderator (B) accepts the changes and pushes the QA pair to the Library queue, the last updated user changes to the moderator user (B).
When this happens, A user who made the updates to the response on a particular date is unable to filter the QA pairs based on the "Updated by" filter.
So, the customer has requested the application to update the (A) user as "Updated by" as he/she is the user who makes the change to the response.
