I am submitting this enhancement request on behalf of our strategic client, Qualtrics.
Request:
We propose adding a "Suggestion" button for assigning Authors and Reviewers to projects.
Current Limitations:
Currently, when assigning Authors and Reviewers to a project, users must manually track and remember which team members should be assigned, along with who has already been added to the project. This can be time-consuming and prone to errors.
Proposed Solution:
To improve the process, we suggest adding a "Suggestion" button during the assignment of Authors and Reviewers.
- When clicked, this button would generate a list of all team members currently assigned to the project.
- Users could easily select from this list to assign individuals as Authors or Reviewers, eliminating the need to manually search for team members.
- Additionally, when assigning project questions and sections to team members, users would be able to quickly select from the pre-existing list of team members, streamlining the assignment process.
Benefits:
- Efficiency: This enhancement will significantly reduce time spent searching for and inputting user details.
- Reduced Errors: A ready-to-use list of project team members will minimize the risk of incorrect assignments.
- Improved User Experience: The new feature will streamline workflows and make project management easier.
