Search and Replace Function to remove spaces within content
Client : BigID Idea : Currently the Search and replace function in the content library does not support a way to remove 2 spaces (gap after a period) with 1 space and they have a lot of content historically that was added and need to find a way to update this. As more content gets added it make it difficult to manage.

Pop up box regarding archive-Genesys
Genesys requested we add a pop up box in the Content Library for cases when a user goes to clone something and acciedntally clicks on the archive option below clone. They had this happen recently and advised if a pop up box came up asking if they "sure they wanted to archive" it would have been caught.

Customer RingCentral is a big Highspot user and typically shares proposals via their spots. Having the ability to push the proposal directly to HS would go a long way in their decision. As this functionality already exists in projects, it would be helpful to have in proposal builder as well.

Additional metadata options for Content Library
Foundation Medicine will sometimes assign multiple owners to a Q&A pair. For situations like this where the review process is set to Any, they would like to be able to see at a glance which of the owners has reviewed it. The metadata option to include Last Reviewed Date is not sufficient.

Word Count as Advanced Filter option in search
Sedgwick and CAPTRUST would benefit from having a filter in the advanced search for word counts of responses. When receiving requests, they frequently have to abide by word limits and having such a filter would help with weeding out responses that may / may not be too long.

We have a client who has reported an issue for future enhancement (Ticket#52721) - When the user, who is also the moderator, is mentioned in a comment of the same QA pair in the Moderation queue while navigating from the My Work page, it should take the user to an editable view from were they can moderate the QA pair.
