SAP is requesting the following enhancement request for the content library.
From SAP: "There is no way to audit progress on these and you can’t see or transfer them when you deactivate/delete users, so they just get thrown out without anyone knowing."
"Ideally so you can track who has assignments, how many assignments any one person has and how many are still outstanding over time. Also the ability to filter for and transfer the assignments like you would for content ownership when you deactivate/delete someone who had assignments. Someone who had unscheduled reviews pending in our system was deactivated and all the content she was assigned (allegedly) in Unscheduled Review was kicked out of moderation with no way to get it back and it was not just her content, it was all the content in moderation. (That part was an unresolved bug, so I just don't delete/deactivate anyone now). I just move them to a role called Deactivated."
