Issue description:
The file import is not occurring, and the records are not updated when we export QA pairs from the content library to a Word custom template, make changes, and then re-import.
Steps to replicate:
1. From the Content Library, export a few QA pairs to a Word custom template.
2. Make changes to the word template that is exported and save the file.
3. When we import the modified file using the import updates option, we can see that no records have been altered.
Troubleshooting insights:
1. The import updates occur as anticipated, even when we export them to Excel or the default content library template and re-import.
2. The problem is limited to the custom Word template.
3. Our internal instance is able to reproduce the problem.
