SAP has the following enhancement request to uploading Q&A pairs into the content library.
From SAP: "When loads contain new choices for a field or incorrectly spelled choices, it would be nice if they would either add to the custom field choice list automatically orcome through as Default if they don’t have a direct match (helpful for cleaning up errors because we gather new content offline, using the XLS template but validation pick lists sometimes change while this is happening."
