Preserve Nested Question Context When Saving to Answer Library

Request:
Allow users to save a primary question and its associated nested/follow-up questions together through the “Save in Answer Library” workflow, preserving the relationship and context between them.
Current Behavior:
When users select questions to save to the Answer Library/Moderation, the primary question can be captured, but there is no way to associate its nested follow-up questions with it as contextual information. Federated currently has to manually add that context, such as through comments.

Desired Behavior:
Provide an option within the Save in Answer Library workflow to include associated nested questions alongside the primary question so that the complete question context is carried into Moderation and ultimately the Content Library.
Business Use Case:
Federated frequently encounters questionnaires where a primary question is followed by conditional or nested questions that provide important context to the overall response. Preserving that relationship when saving content would reduce manual documentation and help ensure reusable Q&A pairs retain the context needed for future responses.
