Later, the same reviewer was able to return to the project and delete answer content.
Expected Behavior
Once review is complete, reviewers should no longer be able to edit answer content.
Observed Behavior
Responses were deleted after review completion.
Activity history appears to show edits occurring after review completion.
The client demonstrates the issue using the Activity History, showing edits occurring after the review had already been completed
