CCL Project Uploaded two responses.

Additional context:

When we upload the questionnaires from projects to the content library, if it has two columns - it will then show as two responses. This shows one response as Yes and No. This creates an issue with the AI to provide correct response and we don't want the questions to say just Yes and No. We want the context within the answers as why yes and no. This is creating a lot of noise in the question sets.
