Problem Statement
Today, users with access to AI Draft can choose between:
- Content Library + AI Drafted Answers
- Content Library Answers Only
There is currently no way to control which of these options is available based on a user's role.
Requested Enhancement
Introduce a role-based permission that allows administrators to define which AI Draft answer source options are available to specific user roles.
For example:
- Role A: Content Library Answers Only
- Role B: Content Library + AI Drafted Answers and Content Library Answers Only
Business Value
This enhancement would allow organizations to implement stronger AI governance by ensuring only appropriately trained users can leverage AI-generated drafted content.
