Problem Statement
Reviewers are confused by the current two-step review process within Projects. After reviewing every assigned question in a section, the section itself remains “In Progress” until the reviewer manually clicks the “Complete Section” button.
Because there is no clear indication that an additional action is required, reviewers frequently believe they have completed their work when they have not. This results in project owners seeing sections remain incomplete while SMEs believe they have already finished their review.
Requested Enhancement
Provide an option to automatically mark a section as complete once all required question-level reviews within that section have been completed.
Alternatively, make the final section completion action significantly more visible or provide a prompt reminding reviewers to complete the section before leaving the page.
Business Impact
Federated Hermes has a large network of subject matter experts completing reviews throughout the year. The current workflow regularly creates confusion, resulting in unnecessary follow-up, incomplete review status, and additional administrative overhead for project managers.
