Problem:The current review email does not consistently show the full set of assigned reviewers. That makes it harder for recipients to understand who is involved in the review and what their role is.
Requested change:List all assigned reviewers in the review email, regardless of whether the review type is sequential, any, or all. For sequential reviews, the order should also be clear. For any/all reviews, the full reviewer list should still be visible, as it is in the Section Complete email.
In the below image, the review process is set to ALL. They each received a notification but it does not state the review process type or who the other reviewers are.
In the below image, the email is sent to the users when the review has been completed by all of them. This email does show who all of t he reviewers are. This level of detail is needed in the initial assignment email.
Why this matters:This gives reviewers and authors full visibility into the review group and reduces confusion about who is participating in the review.
