As discussed with the customer today @sathish s I were able to get the information to understand their request as mentioned below

Cross-Lingual Concept Searching (Semantic Search Across Languages)

The AI needs to understand the keyword regardless of the language it is typed in.
If a user searches in French, the AI should be able to scan the entire knowledge base (even if the best Q&A pair is stored in English or Spanish) and filter the respective Q&A pair.
