The customer is using mixed review processes within the same section (e.g., Any, All, and Sequential reviews assigned across different questions). In these scenarios, the section-level review process displays as “Custom” under Properties rather than exposing the specific review type assigned to each individual question.
Currently, only users with “Update Section” permissions can view the review process type at the question level by clicking on reviewer initials. Users without “Update Section” permissions are unable to determine whether a question is assigned as Any, All, or Sequential.
This creates workflow confusion for reviewers and SMEs, particularly in complex review scenarios where different review types exist within the same section.
Additionally, for questions configured with an “Any” review process:
- Only one assigned reviewer is required to complete the review
- However, remaining reviewers continue receiving notifications until the broader section review is completed if other questions still require action
- This results in unnecessary notifications for users whose question-level review task has effectively already been completed
Requested Enhancements:
- Allow users without “Update Section” permissions to view the review process type at the individual question level.
- Automatically suppress or close unnecessary notifications for remaining reviewers once an “Any” review requirement has been satisfied.
