State Street Requested Enhancement
When a review is configured as “ANY” and multiple reviewers are assigned, the review is considered complete once a single reviewer finishes the task. However, the remaining assigned reviewers continue receiving task notifications because their individual tasks remain open.
Request:
Introduce functionality that automatically closes or removes outstanding review tasks for remaining reviewers once the ANY review requirement has been satisfied, preventing unnecessary notifications and reducing user confusion.
