Daria (daria.lysohub@securiguard.com) from Securiguard raised a concern that AI Draft throws the error “AI Response Generation Stalled” even though the response contains placeholder/help text, which seems like odd behavior.
The customer mentioned that they have placeholder/help text in their source file within the project, such as “Please provide your answer here,” which gets mapped as an answer. When they attempt to use AI Draft, the system blocks the generation and throws the error, considering that a response already exists.
The customer feels this behavior is unexpected since the existing content is only placeholder/help text and not an actual answer.
They also suggested that, if this behavior is intentional, it would be helpful to provide an option such as:
- A pop-up window or prompt to allow overriding the existing placeholder content with AI-generated content
- An option to compare the existing content with the AI-generated response
- Or an option to append the AI-generated response to questions that already contain placeholder/help text
Please review this behavior and clarify whether this is expected functionality or if there is any workaround available for the customer.
