Some of these are on the Content Management Dash, which is very nice looks wise and that’s helpful for CMs but we can’t share that to leadership as is, due to the Highest Backlog list and Most Popular Owners sections, which are considered performance related PII under German (and other EU nation) laws. If that dash were customizable (elements could be removed or moved around), that would be amazing. Or a second dash for “management snapshot” which could include:
- Number of records – there
- Number of records visible to all users
- Number of records for (custom fields) That’s there but if we could show/hide some of them.
- Number of records added
- Number of records “audited” Would be a combination of auto-fill fields. Most of our SMEs give their review - no changes or review with changes in the same XLS offline. Because that’s our main mode of update, and you can’t edit Last Updated Date via reimport, each record reviewed but not changed must be manually “fake” edited by adding a period to the text and then deleting it and saving, one-at-a-time to make any orange dates in the upper right go away.
