Current behavior:
When a question is added the system is created to autogenerate and create each question as a separate line item. Once the questions are generated, users have the flexibility to manually edit them as needed, including adjusting the numbering format (for example, changing from 1, 2, 3 to 1.1, 1.2, 1.3).
Customer Request:
To be able to format while creating a new question, the ability to manage formatting and enter the number when manually assigning numbering is selected, versus editing after the fact.
