Problem Statement
System-generated tasks are currently non-editable. Users do not have flexibility to modify dates or details when business needs change. Additionally, there is no visual distinction between manually created tasks and system-created tasks.
Expected Enhancement
• Allow users (based on permission) to edit system-generated tasks.
• Introduce a clear visual distinction between:
System-created tasks
Manually created tasks
• Possible differentiation methods:
Icon indicator
Label (e.g., “System Generated”)
Different styling or tag
• Maintain audit history for modifications to system-generated tasks.
