State Street has requirements to have auto-respond take the first pass at answering questions then have AI provide additional responses after. After testing, they have found that the enhanced auto-respond features provides better results than the legacy version.
Currently, we are not able to have AI and enhanced auto respond active in the same instance. The request is to allow these to be activated at the same time.
