Currently, when one user initiates AI Draft, other users only see the AI Draft button greyed out, without any indication of why it’s unavailable or what stage the process is in. This can be confusing and often leaves users mid-way without clarity on what’s happening or what their next step should be.
Proposed improvement:
- Display a clear AI Draft status (e.g., “AI Draft in progress by another user”), and/or
- Enable parallel processing so multiple users can use AI Draft simultaneously without blocking each other.
This would significantly improve the collaborative experience in multi-user workflows and reduce user confusion.
