Issue:
As it stands today, the activity tracking in the insights report shows the same summary view of the complete library regardless of the active filters you carry into the report or turn on while you are there. In fact, the activity tracking chart (and upcoming review visualization) or the only items that don't change on the report with the application of a filter. Since the rest of the summary grouping changes with the filter, it seems like it is possibly a bug to end users, though I expect it is in fact expected behavior that it's not changing.
Enhancement:
Ideally, we can make the activity tracking graph responsive to filtering so it will update accordingly. Separately, if that is not feasible, we should adjust the UX to correctly set expectations that that is a summary of the full library's activity and will not update with filters.
